    NOTE: This event is advertised as 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.  We encourage you to remain until 4:00 p.m. in order to meet all interested persons, especially those who may be student teaching.


    Space Available:

    Registration covers a Display Table with a space approximately 8'x 8', including a covered table and chairs. The display area is a large, "high-traffic" area open to students and people in the community throughout the day.

    • The basic registration fee of $250 includes table set-up, meals, breaks, signs, and materials for one person.
    • (Save $75 - Early Bird registration $175 if you register by 5:00 p.m. January 18th.)
    • There is a $50 charge for each additional representative at the same table.
    • Additional registration packets (including materials and meal tickets) may be purchased on the day of NACPED for $50.
    • The cost for electrical hook-ups is $25 per outlet.
    • Parking at the Von Braun Center on the day of the event is $5 - CASH ONLY.

    IF SPACE IS AVAILABLE, late registrations will be accepted after February 8th. The late registration fee is $300.

    NACPED is again partnering with The Publishing Group, Inc., to produce a Career Fair Directory that will be disseminated to all participants.     Hotel Reservations:

    A limited number of rooms will be held for NACPED participants at The Embassy Suites Hotel adjacent to the Von Braun Center at the special rate of $129 per night until January 18th. Parking fees are $6.72/day. Each guest will be able to enjoy a complimentary cooked to order breakfast as well as a Manager's Reception each evening.
